Launched in 2021, FChoice is a prestigious annual awards ceremony organized by CafeF. The theme of FChoice 2025 closely follows the message "Vietnam Rises Up" with four major categories: macro-level highlights; business and entrepreneur highlights; outstanding product and project categories; and audience-voted categories.
With his vision and strategic leadership in managing and leading the business, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong was honored by Fchoice 2025 as "Entrepreneur of the Year".
Having assumed the role of CEO of VinFast since the beginning of 2024, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong has contributed 28 trillion VND from his personal assets to VinFast. As CEO of Vietjet, she signed multi-billion dollar contracts with Airbus and Boeing, forming strategic partnerships with leading global industrial corporations. Through HDBank , she signed financial cooperation agreements totaling up to $48 billion with US and European partners, collaborating with leading financial institutions such as IFC, DEG, and Affinity.
In addition, a new strategy called the "Silk Road" was launched by Vietnam's first self-made female billionaire through the acquisition of Qazaq Air in Kazakhstan and investments in logistics.
Twenty-eight categories were voted on and honored by the judging panel and the community. Among them, Vingroup was named Enterprise of the Year, VPBank - Bank of the Year, Techcom Securities (TCBS) - Securities Company and IPO Deal of the Year, Dragon Capital - Investment Fund Management Company of the Year, Gelex Electric - Breakthrough Growth Enterprise, AgriS - High-Tech Agricultural Enterprise... were successively named in categories ranging from luxury real estate to sustainable green projects.
The "four resolutions" 57-59-66-68, issued in 2025, were voted Policy of the Year. According to the assessment of the evaluation council, these resolutions demonstrate Vietnam's new development direction, focusing on science and technology, international integration, improving legal institutions, and developing the private economy.
