A few hours earlier, the FIFA World Cup page also posted images of the U22 Vietnam team's victory and scenes of thousands of Vietnamese fans pouring into the streets to celebrate the SEA Games 33 gold medal with the caption: "Emotions remain intact!" along with the Vietnamese flag and the golden star.
On December 18th, a few hours before the SEA Games 33 men's football final, FIFA World Cup also posted an image of Vietnam U22 player Le Van Thuan celebrating his goal against the Philippines in the semi-final along with the caption: "Ready for a sleepless night."
But what Vietnamese fans are unhappy about is that the FIFA World Cup page is set to a gear icon (country restricted), meaning only accounts in Vietnam can see it. However, this is something large fan pages often do to show neutrality and respect for all parties.
