FPT also upgraded the feedback and suggestion function, allowing citizens to submit feedback based on the new administrative area and integrating a two-level inter-government processing system. Simultaneously, FPT implemented a function to search for administrative units and developed utility applications to support citizens in searching for public services, pending applications, and resolution results, all within the new model.
