According to the training program from February 16th to 21st, head coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang and his team will have two friendly matches against Bardral Urayasu club on February 17th and 19th.
This is an important opportunity for the coaching staff to assess form, test lineups, and help players improve their coordination and situational awareness in a high-intensity competitive environment.

The 2026 Southeast Asian Women's Futsal Championship will take place from February 24th to March 2nd, 2026 at Terminal Hall, Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, Nakhon Ratchasima Province (Thailand). According to the draw results, the Vietnamese women's futsal team is in Group B along with Myanmar, the Philippines, and Australia; Group A consists of host nation Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
This year's tournament brings together 7 of the top women's futsal teams in Southeast Asia, including: Thailand (ranked 8th in the world ), Vietnam – the defending champion (ranked 11th in the world), Indonesia (ranked 18th in the world), Malaysia (ranked 21st in the world), Myanmar (ranked 38th in the world), Australia (ranked 66th in the world) and the Philippines (ranked 69th in the world).

As the reigning Southeast Asian champions and SEA Games 33 champions, the Vietnamese team is expected to continue to assert its class, maintain consistent performance, and demonstrate its competitive spirit in the regional arena.
The training camp in Japan, along with two high-quality friendly matches, is expected to help the Vietnamese women's futsal team comprehensively prepare both professionally and psychologically, ready to aim for high achievements in the regional arena.
