Instead of three models like in previous years, Samsung has adopted a completely new strategy this year by eliminating the 11-inch model and switching to MediaTek chipsets instead of Qualcomm as in the previous generation.
And as rumored, Samsung has broken Snapdragon's monopoly on the next generation of tablets. The Galaxy Tab S10 is equipped with the Dimensity 9300+ chip – MediaTek's most advanced SoC to date.

According to Samsung, thanks to the new chip, the Tab S10 Ultra has an 18% increase in CPU performance, a 28% increase in GPU performance, and a 14% improvement in NPU performance compared to its predecessor, which used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chip.
The Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra will receive similar Galaxy AI features as the Z Fold6 and Z Flip 6, including: transforming sketches into images; an AI portrait creation tool; a new Samsung Keyboard Composer; translation and live translation modes; improved note-taking support with voice recordings, PDF translation and summary options; enhanced recording features; and an improved multi-window experience.
In addition, the new keyboard accessory for the Tab S10 also features a dedicated new key to summon the AI assistant.
The Tab S10+ features a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,752 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. On the back, it has a 13MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera, while the front camera is 12MP.
The device has 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage. The Tab S10+ features 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth, along with a 10,090 mAh battery.
The Tab S10 Ultra features a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a notch housing dual selfie cameras, boasting a resolution of 2,960 x 1,848 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The S10 Ultra has the same camera configuration as the Tab S10+ except for the addition of a 12MP wide-angle camera on the front.
The device has 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage, with a premium 16GB+ 1TB variant. The Tab S10 Ultra features 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth 5.3, along with an 11,200 mAh battery.
In Vietnam, the Tab S10+ starts at VND 28.99 million for the 12GB+ 256GB version, while the Tab S10 Ultra starts at VND 33.99 million for the 12GB+ 256GB version.
