Cultural exchange event "Heart of Aspiration"

(Lam Dong Online) - To commemorate the 27th anniversary of Vietnam's Disabled Persons Day (April 18, 1998 - April 28, 2025), on the evening of April 12, at the outdoor stage of the 3/4 Hoa Binh Theater in Da Lat, the Lam Dong Provincial Association of Disabled Persons organized a cultural exchange event with the theme "Heart of Aspiration".

The performances by people with disabilities moved the audience.

Twenty-two performances of folk songs, folk dances, folk music, and traditional instrumental ensembles, including songs praising the Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the victorious spring, the beauty of the homeland, and warm family and human affection, brought many emotions to the audience.

The performance features the Quan Ho folk song "Meeting and Reunion".

Despite the dimly lit stage, the performances by people with disabilities, imbued with optimism, a love for life, and faith in the world of those less fortunate, had a powerful positive impact.

Many performances featured timeless songs, capturing the joyful atmosphere of April commemorating the 50th anniversary of national reunification, which delighted the audience.

Traditional instrumental ensemble

In addition, the support of outstanding performances from the Mimosa Folk Song Club of Da Lat, the Folk Song and Traditional Music Club of the Labor Culture House, and various music groups brought to the exchange program many performances rich in cultural identity through Quan Ho folk songs from Bac Ninh , folk songs and dances from the three regions of Vietnam, and traditional instrumental music.

The cultural exchange night created a healthy and beneficial playground, enriching the spiritual lives of people with disabilities, encouraging them to confidently overcome adversity and integrate into the community.

The evening's event attracted many local residents of Da Lat and tourists who came to watch, cheer, and show their support, sharing and donating to help the Lam Dong Association of People with Disabilities have more funds for its activities, truly becoming a common home for those less fortunate.
