Approximately two weeks before the 2025 Lunar New Year, transportation activities are bustling. The number of shoppers also increases, leading to a surge in traffic density, especially on routes such as the elevated section of Ring Road 3, Nga Tu So intersection, and the Old Quarter area.

As Tet approaches, in order to get to work on time, Mr. Ngoc Hung (Cau Giay district) has to leave home quite early.

At 8 a.m., vehicles lined up in long queues on Thang Long Boulevard heading towards the city center.
