At the grassroots level, many Party committees and branches not only seriously and effectively organize the study and understanding of resolutions, but also hold thematic meetings to disseminate and spread them widely to cadres and Party members. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach - Head of Dong Phu 1 hamlet, said that the Party Committee and the hamlet's leadership regularly propagate and fully disseminate the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to the people; preventing malicious individuals from exploiting people's lack of understanding to entice and incite them to commit wrongful acts.

Recognizing that protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints is a task for the entire political system, with the primary responsibility of each cadre and Party member, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Task Force 35 of An Chau commune focused on leading and directing the implementation of this task in accordance with the functions and duties of each agency and unit. The commune promptly concretized the Provincial Party Committee's directive on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in line with Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 89-KL/TW of the Politburo. Alongside this, a team of social opinion collaborators was established in the commune, operating regulations were developed, and this work was gradually brought into a structured system.

According to Le Ho Ngoc Trung, Deputy Secretary of the An Chau Commune Party Committee, the Commune Party Committee's Task Force 35 regularly disseminates information through official media channels and establishes two social media channels. The Task Force 35 closely monitors the ideological situation and public opinion, proactively implementing measures to combat and prevent problems, especially during important political events at the national, provincial, and local levels. Furthermore, they regularly monitor public opinion and sentiment, proactively advising the Party Committee and government on timely solutions to emerging and pressing issues at the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order, and security, and creating favorable conditions for local socio -economic development.

Party officials and members uphold a high sense of responsibility, proactively sharing and disseminating official articles, achievements in socio-economic development, and examples of good people and good deeds on the internet, contributing to "greening" positive information. "The work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation through propaganda is implemented systematically and regularly, with many diverse forms. For issues that still have differing opinions or are of public concern, the hamlet's leadership promptly disseminates information and explanations to help people understand, raise their vigilance, and prevent the sharing of false information on social media," Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach shared.

To promote the role of youth in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, the An Chau Commune Youth Union Executive Committee has actively implemented many effective solutions, methods, and models. An Chau Commune Youth Union Secretary Bui Anh Tan stated: “Youth Union branches regularly organize study sessions for members, young people, and students to understand the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; integrating the dissemination of legal education through regular meetings and on social media platforms. Through this, we promptly guide the political awareness, ideology, and attitudes of young people towards newly emerging issues, helping the younger generation enhance their 'resistance' and proactively combat distorted, false, and hostile narratives.”

According to Mr. Le Ho Ngoc Trung, the Party Committee's Task Force 35 of the commune will continue to closely adhere to the viewpoints, policies, and directives of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the commune Party Committee; focusing on strengthening propaganda work to protect the Party's ideological foundation, combating and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation, creating high ideological unity within the Party Committee and consensus among the people. At the same time, it will proactively monitor the situation at the grassroots level and on the internet, promptly detecting and correcting any ideological deviations; avoiding passivity and surprise in all situations. An Chau will effectively implement the motto of "construction" coupled with "combat," contributing to consolidating the people's trust in the Party and local government.
