The Pixel 8 series will have a 4,485mAh battery that supports 24W fast wired charging and 20W fast wireless charging. Meanwhile, the Pixel 8 Pro comes with a 4,950mAh battery with 27W fast wired charging and 23W fast wireless charging.
The next Pixel phones are powered by a brand new Tensor G3 chipset. The Pixel 8 has a 6.17-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, up to 1,400 nits of brightness, and a pixel density of 427 ppi.
The Pro model, meanwhile, has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1,344 x 2,992 pixels, up to 1,600 nits of brightness, and a pixel density of 490 ppi. These phones run on Android 14 out of the box.
The smartphone duo comes with an 11MP front camera. The standard model has a dual rear camera (50MP + 12MP), while the Pixel 8 Pro is equipped with a triple sensor (50MP + 64MP + 50MP).
