Over the years, elder Y Jao Ayun has become a solid bridge between the government and the people. He has always actively coordinated with the village's Self-Management Committee to propagate and mobilize people to take care of their economy , boldly change crops, support people to access preferential loans to invest in production, eliminate the mentality of waiting and relying; regularly organize exchanges, share experiences, encourage people to apply science and technology in agricultural production. Thanks to that, the productivity of key crops such as coffee, pepper, durian has increased significantly, not only bringing a stable source of income but also helping many families become well-off.
Not only mobilizing people to take care of the economy, with his prestige, elder Y Jao Ayun has become an "extended arm" of the local government, actively propagating and mobilizing people to eliminate backward customs, moving towards a progressive and civilized life. He coordinated with the commune government and judicial officers to propagate the Law on Marriage and Family, resolutely eliminating child marriage and incestuous marriage from the village. "Children must be taught to read and write, must grow up and have knowledge before worrying about getting married," elder Y Jao shared.

He also regularly coordinates with village chiefs and mass organizations to organize meetings to propagate the law, prevent theft and drugs, and reconcile small conflicts in the village, helping people "live according to the law and live with humanity". With the younger generation, old man Y Jao often warns and advises young people not to gather and speed, causing traffic safety problems. When seeing children using electric bicycles to go to school, old man Y Jao personally meets and encourages them to obey traffic laws and wear helmets.
