Ha Tinh province collects over 740 billion VND from land-related fees.

According to the Ha Tinh Department of Planning and Investment, in the first quarter of 2024, the amount of money collected from land sales reached over 740 billion VND.

Specifically, in the first quarter of 2024, revenue from land sales across the province reached over 740 billion VND, achieving 39% of the projected target, a figure that doubled compared to the same period last year.

One of the main reasons is the booming land auction market in some localities such as: Ha Tinh City (approximately 245 billion VND), Thach Ha district (approximately 85 billion VND), Nghi Xuan district (approximately 83 billion VND), Can Loc district (approximately 71 billion VND)... These are positive signs contributing to achieving the target of 17,500 billion VND in total budget revenue in Ha Tinh province in 2024.
