Ha Tinh collects more than 740 billion VND from land

According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Tinh , in the first quarter of 2024, the amount of money collected from land sales reached more than 740 billion VND.

Specifically, in the first quarter of 2024, land sales revenue collected in the whole province reached more than 740 billion VND, reaching 39% of the estimate, this figure doubled compared to the same period.

One of the main reasons is the flourishing land auction market in some localities such as: Ha Tinh city (about 245 billion VND), Thach Ha district (about 85 billion VND), Nghi Xuan district (about 83 billion VND), Can Loc district (about 71 billion VND)... These are positive signals contributing to achieving the target of 17,500 billion VND in total budget revenue in Ha Tinh in 2024.
