Hanoi Construction Corporation - JSC (Hancorp, stock code: HAN) has just announced a resolution of the Board of Directors to temporarily suspend Mr. Dau Van Dien from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from June 29th.
The Board of Directors of Hancorp has assigned Mr. Nguyen Minh Cuong - a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director - to temporarily take charge of the Board's operations until further notice.
Mr. Dau Van Dien, born in 1968, has worked at Hancorp since 2014. During his career, he has held many key leadership positions such as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Hancorp, while also holding leadership roles at several member and affiliated companies.

Also on June 29th, Hancorp decided to reappoint Mr. Nguyen Do Quy as General Director. The appointment term will not exceed 5 years from the date of signing the decision.
Hancorp was established in 1982 through the merger of five units under the Ministry of Construction , primarily operating in the fields of construction, construction execution, and real estate investment.
According to the company's introduction, Hancorp currently operates a network in 15 provinces and cities with more than 4,500 employees. Hancorp has participated in many large-scale infrastructure projects.
In 2026, Hancorp aims for revenue of VND 2,928 billion, a 5% increase compared to 2025. Of this, revenue from construction activities is expected to reach approximately VND 2,575 billion. Planned after-tax profit is VND 42.8 billion, a decrease of 8% compared to the previous year.
