Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology	The lowest tuition fee is 30 million VND/year, with many majors costing 80 million VND/year. Particularly, international transfer programs can cost up to 900 million VND/year. In 2024, tuition fees for transfer programs ranged from 532 to 799 million VND/year, but this year they are expected to increase by 28-101 million VND. The training programs, with tuition fees of 30 million VND per year, include: 40 standard programs, 15 talent-based programs, and 8 high-quality Vietnamese-French engineering programs. The training programs have tuition fees of 60 million VND/year, including: 1 program with a Japanese bridging course (91 million VND after 2 years), and 2 programs with a Japanese orientation. Programs with tuition fees of 80 million VND/year include: 1 advanced program, 27 programs taught in English, and the first two years of an international transfer program (the following two years cost 532-900 million VND). In 2025, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology will have two majors under an international engineering bachelor's degree program, with tuition fees of 256 million VND per year.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University	Tuition fees will increase by 1.5-2 million VND depending on the major compared to 2024. The tuition fees for Biotechnology, Food Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture (expected), Information Technology, Computer Science , Management Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering (expected) are 28.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year. The tuition fee for Accounting, Auditing, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Human Resource Management, Law, Economic Law, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Tourism, Insurance, Financial Technology, English Language, Japanese Language, Chinese Language, and Korean Language majors is 27.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND. The tuition fees for Economics, Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Southeast Asian Studies, and Psychology programs are 24 million VND per year, an increase of 2 million VND compared to last year. For the high-quality programs, the tuition fee for Biotechnology, English Language, Japanese Language, Chinese Language, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Economic Law, Accounting, Economics, Auditing, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and International Business (expected) is 46.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities	Tuition fees range from 16.6 million to 72.6 million VND per year, increasing by 2-6 million VND depending on the major and training program. The following majors have tuition fees of 16.6 million VND/academic year: Philosophy, Religious Studies, History, Geography, Information and Library Science, Archival Studies, Russian Language, Italian Language, Spanish Language. The following majors have tuition fees of 24.2 million VND/academic year: Education , Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Oriental Studies, Office Management, Social Work, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Urban Studies, Information Management, Vietnamese Studies (for Vietnamese students), Art Studies, International Studies, French Language, German Language. The following majors have tuition fees of 29.8 million VND/academic year: International Relations, Psychology, Journalism, Multimedia Communication, English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, Korean Studies, Tourism and Travel Service Management, and Korean Business. The specific major with tuition fees of 72.6 million VND/academic year is Vietnamese Studies (for foreign students). The tuition fee for the following majors in the high-quality training program is 60 million VND/year: International Relations, Journalism, English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, German Language, and Tourism and Travel Service Management.
Saigon University	Tuition fees have increased due to the implementation of financial autonomy. Tuition fees for the entire course range from 73.79 to 193.429 million VND/course (equivalent to 18.4 to 48.3 million VND/year), depending on the major and training program. Specifically, tuition fees for Teacher Training programs are 73.79 million VND/course; and for Educational Management programs, 92.82 million VND/course. Integrated circuit design, Information technology, Software engineering, Environmental engineering technology, Electrical and electronic engineering technology, Telecommunications engineering technology, Electrical engineering, Telecommunications engineering: 150.445 million VND/course. Environmental Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, English Language: 129,948,000 VND/course. Applied Mathematics, Psychology, Vietnamese Studies, International Studies: 116.025 million VND/course. Library information: 111.384 million VND/course. Geography, History: 78.897 million VND/course. University of Economics and Law	Vietnamese language program: 31.5 million VND/year. English program: 65 million VND/year. An increase of approximately 4 million VND per year compared to 2024.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking	Tuition fees will increase by approximately 3 million VND per major per academic year. Tuition fees range from 11.6 million VND to nearly 30 million VND per semester. Regular undergraduate program (partially in English), special training program: 19.8 million VND/semester. Tuition fees for the International Dual Degree Program and the International Bachelor's Program (degree awarded by partner institutions): Maximum total tuition fee: VND 236.5 million/entire course (including English language tuition, main course fees, soft skills training, etc.). Students study for 8 semesters; average tuition fee is approximately VND 29.5 million/semester.
University of Finance and Marketing	Tuition fees range from 845,000 to 1,753,000 VND per credit, depending on the training program, an increase of approximately 40,000 VND per credit. Standard program: 895,000 VND/credit. Special program fee: 1,045,000 VND/credit. Integrated and Talented Program: VND 1,343,000 per credit. Integrated program (Auditing major, open in 2025): VND 1,284,000/credit. Full-time English program: 1,753,000 VND/credit.
