The Public Security Police Force for Social Order and Security has completed a large volume of work with clear results, such as: receiving 774,000 applications for identity cards, reaching over 97% of the eligible population; more than 2.6 million electronic identification records have been received, and over 2 million accounts have been activated. These figures demonstrate a strong shift from manual methods to data-driven social management.

In the field of managing businesses and industries subject to security and order conditions, the force has promoted data digitization and standardization, strengthened post-inspection, and promptly detected and handled violations; and guided the deployment of ASM software at accommodation establishments, achieving 100% coverage. The application of information technology in licensing, managing, and monitoring business operations helps to enhance transparency, reduce inconvenience, tighten legal discipline, and prevent the emergence of security and order hotspots.
Alongside the development of digital infrastructure and tools, the Public Security Police force has also implemented a comprehensive range of solutions to bring technology closer to the people. Mobile "VNeID Guidance Points" are maintained throughout villages and hamlets; propaganda is organized through various forms such as direct visits to residential areas, integration into village meetings and group activities, dissemination through local public address systems, and social media... helping people easily access and understand the benefits of electronic identification. This confirms that popularizing digital skills in the community not only enhances the effectiveness of state management of residence and population but also creates a foundation for the development of digital government, digital economy , and digital society. This is also a practical step contributing to building a transparent, modern, and open public administration that serves the people even better.
