When purchasing Herbalife products through Members, Customers are not only guaranteed product quality and legal consumer rights, but also receive companionship, care, and support from Members to achieve optimal product usage results.

When purchasing products, customers should request the seller to present their Membership Card, check the information content, expiration date, and the integrity of the product packaging, as well as the sales invoice from Herbalife Vietnam (the Company) to ensure they are purchasing genuine products. Herbalife Vietnam receives the "Social Impact" Award at the Food Hero 2024 ceremony.

In October 2024, Herbalife Vietnam, a leading health and fitness company, was awarded the "Social Impact" award at the Food Hero 2024 ceremony by the Vietnam Food Development Network in collaboration with the Association for Transparent Food (AFT) and the Global Food Banks (GFN). The award recognizes Herbalife Vietnam's significant contributions to improving daily nutrition for over 2,000 underprivileged individuals through its long-term Casa Herbalife Vietnam program. This marks the first time Herbalife Vietnam has received this prestigious award.

The Casa Herbalife Vietnam project was honored in the category of Outstanding Community Project.

First launched in Vietnam in 2013, the Casa Herbalife Vietnam program has expanded to ten centers nationwide. As of September 2024, the Casa Herbalife Vietnam program has provided over VND 24 billion (equivalent to USD 950,000) to help improve the quality of daily meals for underprivileged children being cared for at Casa Herbalife centers. In addition to financial support, Herbalife Vietnam also implements practical initiatives such as the Little Star Program and Nutrition Day to provide valuable knowledge about healthy nutrition and encourage regular exercise habits for disadvantaged children.

Herbalife officially began operating in Vietnam in 2009 and is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.
