Simone Inzaghi is a highly rated coach.

The Inter boss believes it would be crazy to talk about his future before the Champions League final: "Every year there are similar rumours, since I was at Lazio and now at Inter. Luckily I have offers from Italy, abroad including Saudi Arabia. But I think it's crazy to talk about it now."

Inzaghi added: “As the Inter president, with whom I have a great relationship, said, we will sit down and discuss the future after the match (Champions League final), as we have done over the years. The only goal is to bring the best to Inter.”

Previously, Gulf Times reported that the 49-year-old strategist is likely to move to lead Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League, with a record income of up to 50 million euros in salary/year.

Inzaghi has a contract with Inter until June 2026, and has received much attention from top clubs after showing his talent in the past few years.

Inzaghi took charge of Inter in 2021, leading the team to the Serie A title last season and reaching two Champions League finals in the last three seasons.

The Champions League final against PSG at the Allianz Arena in the early morning of June 1 is considered the most important match of the season for Inter Milan. Before that, they suffered the pain of losing the Serie A championship to Napoli in the final round.

“It wasn’t an easy weekend, believe me. Losing the Serie A title is hard to take. But in football you don’t look back, you always have to move forward. Keep your head up and keep going,” Inzaghi stressed.
