At the conference, Hoa Binh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Phi Long requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and heads of units, based on the resolution on the reorganization of commune-level administrative units, continue to focus on disseminating information about the merger of commune-level administrative units, creating consensus among the people.

Simultaneously, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the quality of commune-level officials and develop a plan for arranging the newly formed commune-level official workforce. Review, organize, and allocate office space for the new communes belonging to the three sectors: Party sector, government sector, and Fatherland Front and mass organizations sector.

Direct the People's Committees of districts and cities to review the management of public assets. At the same time, encourage cadres and Party members to focus on successfully completing political tasks; stay close to the grassroots, and promptly resolve issues.

The newly formed communes are based on alignment with the provincial planning, the planning of districts and cities, the practical situation of each locality, and create new development opportunities for the communes. The arrangement for each locality will create consensus among Party members, officials, and the people.
