According to Mr. Sinh Di Gai, head of Lo Lo Chai village, peach blossoms usually bloom during the Lunar New Year (around the end of January to March). However, this year, from the end of October, the peach blossoms have already begun to show their colors, creating an "unprecedented sight" in the village. Even the locals were surprised.

Peach, plum, and pear trees are commonly planted by the people of Lo Lo Chai village, interspersed in their home gardens and along the roadsides. Initially, the villagers planted flowers not for the purpose of serving tourists . But later, as tourism developed, they planted more and varied them.

At this time of year, the peach blossoms haven't bloomed all at once as brilliantly as in early spring, but they still offer a novel experience for visitors, evoking the atmosphere of an early Tet (Lunar New Year) celebration.

Although the peach blossoms haven't fully bloomed yet, they still offer a unique and attractive charm for tourists.

Female tourist Dinh Huyen Trang (commonly known as Trang Tron, a photographer in Hanoi) recently completed a 5-day trip exploring Tuyen Quang. Trang eagerly returned to Lo Lo Chai and spent 2 days and 1 night enjoying the tranquil beauty and admiring the unique architecture of the traditional rammed-earth houses there.

She also wanted to explore what made Lo Lo Chai recognized by the United Nations Tourism Organization as the " World's Best Tourist Village 2025".

The peach blossoms begin to bloom in the winter wind.

"Three years ago, I also visited Lo Lo Chai in October. This time, I was very surprised to see peach blossoms blooming all over the village. I thought I had to come here in the spring to admire this poetic scene," Trang shared.

The girl took the opportunity to admire the scenery and leisurely walk through the village, enjoying the cherry blossoms and the peaceful atmosphere. "Compared to three years ago, the village has developed a lot more, with full services. What hasn't changed is that the people are still kind, thoughtful, and hospitable," the female tourist expressed.

The Lo Lo Chai village is located at the foot of the Lung Cu flagpole.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep, who has been working in the tourism service industry in Tuyen Quang since 2015, said that the news of Lo Lo Chai being recognized as the best tourist village in the world and the early blooming of peach blossoms are attracting more tourists and leading to more tour bookings. Previously, the village was only crowded on weekends, but now, visitors flock there all day long during the week.

The village of Lo Lo Chai is located at the foot of the Lung Cu flagpole – the northernmost point of Vietnam. The entire village has more than 120 households, mainly Lo Lo people, of which 56 households offer homestay services. The houses in Lo Lo Chai are all traditional rammed earth houses, ranging in age from a few decades to over 200 years.

The village captivates tourists with its peaceful beauty.

In Lo Lo Chai, visitors can immerse themselves in a peaceful atmosphere and blend into the rhythm of life of the Lo Lo ethnic people. They can participate in activities such as linen weaving, corn cultivation, traditional wine making, and enjoy local specialties like thang co (a traditional stew), smoked buffalo meat, bamboo rice, and corn wine.

Additionally, visitors can also visit the Lung Cu flagpole, the northernmost point of the country, and admire the majestic natural scenery of the rocky plateau.
