The first award of the gala night was "Contribution." Nguyen Thi Tuyet Dung, a former national team player, was honored. Prior to this, she had won the Vietnamese Golden Ball twice. Currently, the former star player, born in 1993, is honing her skills with the goal of becoming a coach.
"After nearly 20 years of playing football, standing here today and receiving this award is an honor. I would like to thank my teammates, the coaches who have guided me over the years, my family, and the fans," Tuyet Dung shared.
Alan Grafite was the next star to be named on the awards stage. The striker, born in 1998, received the "Best Foreign Player" award for his outstanding performance in the Hanoi Police FC jersey.
Meanwhile, the "Most Popular Player" award, based on fan votes, went to midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc. According to the organizers, Hoang Duc received 2,045 votes from football fans. Hoang Duc and his teammates at Ninh Binh FC are soaring in their first season after being promoted to the V.League, with an unbeaten record (8 wins, 3 draws).
In the "Best Young Male Player" category, Nguyen Dinh Bac, a key player of the U22 Vietnam team that recently won a gold medal at the SEA Games, was honored. Due to his training with the national team, the star of CAHN Club was unable to attend the awards ceremony.
In 2025, Dinh Bac made his mark in domestic tournaments as well as while playing for the national youth teams. He was highly regarded for his speed, ability to create breakthroughs, and positive fighting spirit. Dinh Bac's inclusion in the shortlist for the Vietnamese Golden Ball and his win for the Youngest Player award are seen as recognition of his progress.
In the individual futsal awards, the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Balls went to Nguyen Da Hai (Thai Son Bac), Tu Minh Quang (Thai Son Bac), and Chau Doan Phat (Thai Son Nam), respectively.

Tran Thi Thuy Trang (Ho Chi Minh City I Club), Pham Hai Yen (Hanoi I Club), and Nguyen Bich Thuy ( Thai Nguyen Women's Club) stepped onto the stage to receive the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Ball awards for female players, respectively.
"I feel very honored, proud, and happy. Thank you to my parents and teammates for helping me create these historic moments. I would also like to express my gratitude to Tao Dan Club, where I was trained, and thank Thai Nguyen Club for helping me grow. In particular, I thank coach Mai Duc Chung and the fans," Bich Thuy shared.

In the most anticipated award category for male players, Nguyen Quang Hai stepped up to receive the Bronze Ball. Meanwhile, the Silver Ball went to Nguyen Dinh Bac.

Unable to attend the awards gala, Dinh Bac sent a video expressing his honor at being among the top 3 contenders for the 2025 Golden Ball award, and also paying tribute to SLNA and Quang Nam Club, the clubs that nurtured his dream of playing professionally.
