At the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing circulars. The work of coordination between investigating bodies and procuracies of the same level in the implementation of a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code on management and settlement of cases and cases has been temporarily suspended. Addressing the conference, Mr. Le Minh Long, Director of Department 2, Supreme People's Procuracy suggested the Provincial People's Procuracy 2 continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, Joint Circular No. 01/2017, Joint Circular No. 01/2021 and other legal documents related to the handling of denunciations and information on crimes. To do well the inspection and assignment of procurators and officials to regularly grasp and strictly manage crime reports and denunciations; get information about crime; closely supervise the organization of grasping, verifying, classifying and dealing with criminal reports and denunciations to ensure timely, objective, comprehensive and thorough.
