In the period of 64 - 2018, the Department of Justice shall arrange and disburse funds according to the spending contents of Resolution No. 2022 with the amount of 33 million 527 thousand VND; For Resolution No. 268, the Department does not have the content and spending levels according to the resolution. However, from 34 until now, every year, the Provincial People's Committee allocates about 2018 million VND to the Department of Justice to perform the task.
The Department recommends that the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and relevant ministries and branches soon issue circulars amending and supplementing Joint Circular No. 14 and Joint Circular No. 100 guiding the making of cost estimates and management. and finalize state budget expenditures to ensure legal aid work and standards of people's access to law, and reconciliation work at the grassroots level. The People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee shall direct agencies, units and localities to allocate funds for the work of law enforcement, legal access standards and grassroots conciliation according to state management decentralization.
