2023 Youth Informatics Competition

On May 16th, at Hung Yen Specialized High School, the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized the 2023 Young Informatics Competition.
The competition attracted 98 contestants from primary, secondary, and specialized and non-specialized high schools in the province, competing in 6 categories. Category A tested programming skills for primary school students, Category B for secondary school students, Category C1 for students from Hung Yen Specialized High School; Category C2 for non-specialized high school students, Category D2 for creative product development for secondary school students; and Category D3 for creative product development for high school students.

At the end of the competition, the first prize in Group A went to Hoang Luong Bao Long, a 5th-grade student from Minh Chau Primary and Secondary School (Yen My); the first prize in Group B went to Vu Huyen Phuong, an 8th-grade student from Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School (Hung Yen City); the first prize in Group C1 went to the group of 11th-grade students Bui Dinh Quyet and Nguyen Dang Cao Tuan from Hung Yen Specialized High School; the first prize in Group C2 went to Hoang Hai Phong, an 11th-grade student from Khoai Chau High School; and the group of students Nguyen Tien Dung and Nguyen Dac Minh, 8th-grade students from Duc Hop Secondary School (Kim Dong); the first prize in Group D2 and Group D3 went to the group of students Do Minh Hieu and Chu Dinh Thi, 11th-grade students from Van Giang High School (Van Giang). In addition, the Organizing Committee selected the second, third, and consolation prizes for each group according to the competition's prize structure.
