To effectively implement the program, women's associations at all levels in the province have conducted surveys to understand the reality of orphans and children in difficult circumstances in their areas. From there, they have mobilized and appealed for help and support from officials, women's association members, and philanthropists to care for, nurture, and help these children overcome difficulties and continue their education.

Many women's associations have mobilized members to collect scrap materials and build charity funds to provide additional financial support for the sponsored children... In addition to financial support, the sponsors also regularly visit, encourage, and guide the children in their studies and daily lives.
