On the evening of March 21st, Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) and Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT ) launched the HTVm application.
Attending the launch ceremony of the HTVm application were: Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; and Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
According to HTV General Director Cao Anh Minh, the HTVm application has been launched on iOS, Android, and Smart TV operating systems, providing multi-functional features across multiple platforms, free of charge to the public via the internet; offering a high-quality entertainment experience, diverse content, and advanced features, suitable to the needs and tastes of viewers.
HTVm offers users many features such as live streaming of events and news happening daily and hourly in life, providing users with timely and quick experiences.
HTVm also allows users to access a diverse content library with high-quality images and vivid sound completely free of charge, all copyrighted by HTV, along with many choices of experiences such as: entertainment, news, sports , movies, culture, events…
Mr. Cao Anh Minh affirmed that promoting and developing the HTVm application is an important step to enhance HTV's capabilities; it has been highly appreciated by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for its proactive, creative approach in overcoming difficulties and challenges to achieve commercialization combined with modernization in the era of digital transformation.
