Flavors of the river region

During their trip to Ben Tre, both domestic and international tourists couldn't hide their delight at experiencing the local cuisine for the first time. They enjoyed deep-fried elephant ear fish, grilled prawns, hot and crispy banh xeo (Vietnamese savory pancake), My Long rice paper, Son Doc puffed rice cakes, and, of course, the flavorful banh tet (sticky rice cake) with the locals. Laughter echoed through the peaceful countryside, leaving a lasting impression – demonstrating that simple, rustic flavors can touch the hearts of travelers from around the world.
