Recently, on the social media platform X, an account named Majin Bu posted a photo of an invitation to an Apple event scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 10th at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus.

The "Ready.Set.Capture" invitation uses a copper-colored logo, which is believed to be the same color option as the new iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max.
Previously, some sources also indicated a camera cluster design with two vertically arranged lenses similar to the iPhone X, with this layout chosen to allow the iPhone 16 to support spatial video recording for Vision Pro glasses.
The iPhone 16 series will feature an additional Action button and a new camera button on the right side. Both the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are expected to retain the same screen sizes as their predecessors, at 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches respectively. Both versions will be equipped with the A18 chip and 8GB of RAM.
Meanwhile, the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max feature larger OLED displays of 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches respectively, are powered by TSMC's second-generation 3nm A18 Pro chip, and have 8GB of RAM. Both models will support Tetraprism with 5x optical zoom.
The iPhone 16 series supports Wi-Fi 7 and 5G Advance connectivity, and uses a cooling system made of graphene.
