In March, on the training grounds and practice fields, the assembly whistle sounded before the morning mist had even lifted. The 2026 training season officially began with urgency. There were no battlefield gunshots, no situations requiring proof of capability. But it was from these first days that discipline, order, and fortitude were forged. The strength to fight is not formed in a single moment of confrontation, but begins in the most ordinary days of training.

The early days of training may not be the climax, but they are always the decisive moments.

Once the formation is stable, the training plan is approved, and each drill movement is refined to perfection, that's when the training "rhythm" is established. In the military , precision doesn't begin in the most critical situations, but in how people perform seemingly ordinary tasks.

The demand for building a "lean, efficient, and strong" army, progressing towards modernization, sets increasingly high standards for training. It must not only cover sufficient content and time, but also be substantive; not only must it be about mastering technical skills, but also about possessing strong character; not only must it be about completing the program, but also about being ready to effectively handle any situation. Therefore, the first month of training is not simply a warm-up, but the first test of the sense of responsibility of each officer and soldier.

On the training ground, a misstep can be corrected in minutes, but a lack of seriousness, if not rectified promptly, will silently erode strength. In practice, the difference between accuracy and error is sometimes just a detail. And it is these details that determine the reliability of combat strength.

What gives depth to the first month of training is not just the intensity of the training, but the attitude towards training.

The commander closely monitors the training ground, directly inspecting and correcting each aspect. Officers set a good example in every movement and every word. Young soldiers persevere through initial fatigue to establish new routines. This seriousness is not ostentatious, but forms the foundation of discipline.

Training isn't about performance. Training is about readiness. And that readiness doesn't come naturally. It's accumulated through each training session, each lesson, each experience-sharing session. Each movement is practiced repeatedly not only to achieve technical proficiency, but to create precise reflexes in all circumstances.

The first month is also a challenge for new recruits. From the communal living environment to the high intensity of training, everything demands rapid adaptation. But it is in these challenges that character is forged. Morning runs build physical strength and willpower. Classes impart knowledge while simultaneously building concentration habits and a sense of responsibility.

For many, the early days of training may pass quietly. But for a soldier, it's a time of laying the foundation. Once discipline is established, routine becomes habitual, accuracy improves step by step, and combat readiness gradually takes shape in a solid manner.

Not every challenge comes with gunfire. Much of the strength is forged in ordinary days, when soldiers quietly hone their skills on the training ground, when officers patiently refine every detail. It is this meticulousness that forms the foundation of belief.

At some point, what guarantees stability is not an affirmation, but months of meticulous preparation. And the first month of the 2026 training season, with all the perseverance, discipline, and responsibility, is where that strength begins.
