Juventus is preparing for a major overhaul.

Juventus have been a disappointment this season. They were knocked out of the Champions League by PSV in the playoff round, and then suffered a painful defeat to Empoli (using a reserve team) in the Coppa Italy quarter-finals.

In Serie A, Juventus have never managed to break into the title race. With only two rounds remaining, they face fierce competition for the final European qualification spot, while Napoli, Inter, and Atalanta have already secured their places.

Under Thiago Motta and interim coach Igor Tudor, Juventus never managed to establish a clear identity. The management has lost patience, and now is the time they want to start over – from scratch. The man Juventus has placed their complete trust in is none other than Antonio Conte – a "veteran" who helped the club win three consecutive Scudettos and has been an icon since his playing days.

Conte is currently working wonders at Napoli, taking the team from 10th place last season to the top of Serie A. He only needs two more wins to secure the title. However, simmering conflict with President De Laurentiis following the January transfer window (Kvaratskhelia was sold, Okafor arrived but wasn't given much playing time) has left Conte's future uncertain.

If Conte leaves Napoli, he will most likely rejoin Juventus. In response, Napoli are reportedly considering inviting Allegri – the former Juve manager – to take over.

Juventus are not only targeting Conte, but also planning to recruit Antonio Pintus, the renowned fitness coach currently on the books at Real Madrid. Pintus previously worked with Conte at Inter Milan, and more importantly, he will not follow Ancelotti to coach the Brazilian national team.

Having played and coached at Juventus under Trapattoni, Lippi, and Deschamps, Pintus understands the DNA of "The Old Lady" - and a return to Allianz Stadium is not a far-fetched idea.

Antonio Conte is being targeted by Juventus for the head coach position.

While Conte and Pintus are being considered for technical roles, Giorgio Chiellini will take on the role of "orchestrator" behind the scenes. Following Francesco Calvo – head of revenue – leaving the club to become CEO of Aston Villa, Chiellini has been given a significant opportunity. The Italian defensive legend will work closely with Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli, while also taking on the advisory role for the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) that Calvo left behind.

The plan is clear. The faith has been placed in the right place. Conte, Pintus, and Chiellini—three names that perfectly embody identity, experience, and youth. If Juve can realize this "rebuilding dream," Serie A will witness the return of a force that once dominated Italian football for a decade.
