On December 3, Saigontourist Cable Television Company (SCTV) announced that it will stop providing K+ channel packages from January 1, 2026.

"According to the announcement from VSTV, the operator of K+ in Vietnam, VSTV has decided to completely stop providing K+ packages from January 1, 2026" - SCTV stated.

Thus, users of the 5-channel K+ package on SCTV will be able to use it until December 31. After that time, the signal of the 5-channel K+ package will end, including on SCTV and other platforms.

Regarding the English Premier League copyright, the copyright owner will notify users as soon as possible.

Established in 2009, K+ made a big splash when it appeared in Vietnam, providing pay TV services, along with copyrights of top football tournaments.

K+ quickly established its position thanks to the exclusive broadcasting rights of the English Premier League - the most attractive tournament on the planet.

However, the situation of illegally watching football on online platforms and the habit of copyright infringement from users has greatly affected this unit.

Recently, K+ Television suddenly announced that it would stop sales, renewals and warranties at K+ Store systems nationwide from October 1.
