Keller Williams Vietnam - VNARP - VBI Global organizes the 2024 International Real Estate Business and Investment Networking Event Series.
From October 7th to 11th, 2024, Keller Williams Vietnam, in collaboration with VNARP (Vietnam Association of Realtors in the USA) and VBI Global (Vietnamese Global Business and Investment Organization), will organize a series of international real estate business and investment networking events in Ho Chi Minh City.
The five-day event series by Keller Williams Vietnam (KWVN), VNARP, and VBI Global attracted 200 international financial and investment experts from the United States, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian countries, combined with a two-day 1000CEO event co-organized by PDCA with over 2,000 Vietnamese business owners.
| At the 1000CEO event, more than 2,000 businesses participated in discussion sessions focusing on opportunities for cooperation and real estate investment between Vietnam and international partners, particularly connections with the Vietnamese diaspora community. |
The event included key activities such as: real estate project tours, management seminars, exhibition booths, investment roundtables, local real estate tours with international experts, and a charity golf event.
Vinhomes, Vietnam's largest real estate developer, participated in the event as a Summit Partner, aiming to expand its international cooperation network and affirm its leading position in the Vietnamese real estate industry. In its projects, Vinhomes always provides special support to facilitate home purchases for overseas Vietnamese with a simplified legal process. Vinhomes is also the first developer to successfully hand over Certificates of Ownership to foreigners after a long period of market stagnation. On their first day in Vietnam, nearly 200 investors and real estate experts visited Vinhomes Grand Park, Vinhomes' model urban area, one of the most livable in the South, spanning 271 hectares and boasting the largest urban park in Ho Chi Minh City, covering 36 hectares. After more than 5 years of development, Vinhomes Grand Park has welcomed over 60,000 residents and handed over more than 3,000 Certificates of Ownership in Q3 2024 alone.
The series of events also provides an opportunity to discuss how to support international investors in real estate transactions in the context of Vietnam's new Real Estate Law, which will take effect on August 1, 2024. Keller Williams Vietnam is committed to providing transparent information and comprehensive support to both individual and institutional clients.

Exhibition activities, project presentations, booth visits, and cooperation exchanges took place vibrantly over the two days of October 8-9, 2024.
The event was a collaborative effort involving major names in Vietnam such as Vietnam Airlines, Vinhomes, Phu Thai, and many other brands from both countries.
This series of events is expected to open up new forms of connection, promote bilateral cooperation between organizations, business and investment communities, and create a new wave of investment in the Vietnamese real estate market from the community of over 2 million Vietnamese people in the United States.
