Facebook, Zalo, websites, and even AI chatbots have become powerful tools to help workers connect with employers more easily. However, in the modern labor market, provincial employment service centers still play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, transparency, accuracy, and efficiency of labor transactions. In particular, they help workers avoid unfortunate situations such as being trafficked abroad and ensure their rights are protected.

To keep pace with the digitalization trend of the labor market, the Center has overcome many difficulties in human and material resources, focusing on training and improving the skills of officials and employees in using technology, and investing in building a modern and comprehensive digital market platform. Currently, the 24/7 AI chatbot deployed at the Center helps employees access career information and job openings, and get their questions answered quickly and accurately. In addition, the Center has implemented multi-point connection software to serve online job fairs, support recruitment data analysis, and provide clearer and more appropriate guidance for both businesses and employees.

Through the Thai Nguyen Provincial Employment Service Center, businesses inside and outside the province regularly register to recruit more than 20,000 job positions.

Instead of submitting applications in person and waiting for interviews as before, job seekers can now register for jobs online at the Center's automated kiosks. By scanning a QR code, job seekers can quickly look up recruitment information and connect with businesses online. This digital transaction space has expanded accessibility for thousands of workers, especially young people and those with basic IT skills.

To help workers overcome their initial difficulties in using technology-based job-finding applications, the Center has proactively coordinated with local authorities to organize training conferences and guide workers on information technology skills and online job matching skills. Through this, workers have improved their job-seeking capabilities in the digital environment. The effective application of digital technology platforms has contributed to helping the labor market in Thai Nguyen province overcome geographical and time limitations, expanding job opportunities for workers.

Acting as a labor market connector, the Center proactively collaborates with businesses inside and outside the province annually to survey and regularly update recruitment needs. On average, the Center conducts surveys at approximately 2,000 businesses each year through direct visits and social media platforms. It records that businesses consistently have recruitment needs of 20,000 or more job openings. In addition, the Center coordinates with districts and cities to review labor resources, regularly identifying over 6,000 workers seeking employment.

In 2025, up to the end of April, the Center organized 4 job fairs, 6 mobile job placement sessions, and numerous conferences on labor and employment policies and laws. These activities attracted over 4,000 job seekers. Notably, the Center's website at http://vieclamthainguyen.gov.vn , an online job placement channel, successfully connected hundreds of job seekers and businesses.

In this era of rapid digitalization, the ability to quickly, accurately, and securely connect labor supply and demand is crucial. The Thai Nguyen Provincial Employment Service Center has been and continues to play a vital role, acting as a bridge in the labor market, helping workers find jobs conveniently, quickly, and in accordance with their abilities; while simultaneously helping businesses overcome their labor shortages and ensuring timely delivery of orders to partners.
