Opening of the International Tea Festival 2025

At Lam Vien Square (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat), the opening ceremony of the 2025 International Tea Festival took place last night with the participation of 40 ambassadors of countries, representatives of UNESCO and international organizations.

This year is the first year the International Tea Festival is held in Vietnam. The festival takes place from December 5 to 7 in Da Lat, Bao Loc and some typical tea growing areas of Lam Dong .

Vietnam's tea industry has a solid position in the world , with the 5th largest area and 7th largest output globally, and its products are exported to 70 countries around the world. In particular, Lam Dong is one of the leading potential localities in the country, with many good models and good practices in developing the tea industry value chain...

The International Tea Festival includes a series of rich activities: International Tea Exhibition Fair, Summit on Sustainable Development of Tea Industry, Tea Concert, Diplomatic Tea Program, Street Festival and Tea Cultural Space. In particular, people and tourists will witness: Tea making performance of 1,111 tea farmers, display of 1,000 ancient tea trees over 100 years old from many countries with the participation of 80 beauties from countries famous for tea.
