The Krông Nô volcanic cave system is located in Krông Nô district, Đắk Nông province, Vietnam. This 25-kilometer-long system of volcanic caves in basalt rock stretches from the Buôn Choar volcanic crater along the Sêrêpôk River to the Đray Sáp waterfall area. The caves hold a record for scale, length, and uniqueness in Southeast Asia. They were discovered in 2014 after seven years of research by scientists from the Vietnam Geological Museum (General Department of Geology and Minerals) and Japanese scientists.
