Having graduated with honors from his master's program, Vo Minh Quan had a great opportunity to develop his career abroad. However, he was determined to return to his homeland...
The journey of Vo Minh Quan - Co-Founder and CEO of IMP Marketing Company - is very interesting. Although he specialized in physics in high school, he went on to study computer science (APCS) at the University of Science (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) - in partnership with Portland University (USA).

Give it your best effort.
While still a student, Quân had the intention of starting his own company. Studying in an advanced program and meeting dedicated professors further strengthened his resolve to pursue his goal. Initially, he planned to start a business in the technology sector, but he made his mark in Digital Marketing. Quân believes: "Just do your best at every moment, strive to learn and create the greatest possible value, and let the rest take its natural course."
Quân's company gradually grew stronger, attracting a large number of customers both domestically and internationally, especially from Europe and America.
Quân has many memorable experiences: hiring his first employee, his first client, his first major project, his first foreign partner… A significant milestone was when he pursued his master's degree in management at the prestigious Trinity Business School (Ireland) on a full scholarship from the Irish government . "That's when I absorbed new knowledge, broadened my horizons, and clearly defined the path I wanted to pursue," Quân recounted.
Quân succeeded in creating an environment where everyone could freely express their opinions. His civilized and sincere approach brought all company members closer together. Quân explained: "We chose a results-based management approach: When assigning tasks, we clearly stated the expectations and significance of each task and allowed everyone to suggest suitable approaches."
Sweet fruit
Having achieved some success, Quân became even more eager to share his knowledge and support other young people in establishing themselves and their careers.
His podcast series "Better Every Day" is a non-profit project that provides valuable information and is loved by many. Following that, Quân launched his book "Digital Marketing for Managers - Lean Marketing for Effective Business" under the pseudonym Quân Võ. This work took him and his team a whole year to complete. The book has a simple writing style, conveying many practical principles and experiences, and has been enthusiastically received by readers.
According to Quan Vo, young people are generally very dynamic, creative, versatile, daring, and tech-savvy. Companies just need to create an ideal environment for them to thrive.
Not stopping there, Quân officially entered the international publishing market with his English-language book "Profit-driven digital marketing". The book was released on the giant online sales platform Amazon, achieving the title of Top New Releases, followed by becoming a Top 1 Best Seller in the Global Marketing category within just one month.
"Profit-driven digital marketing" has officially been included in the libraries of 12 universities in Ireland and major universities in Vietnam. Leveraging the global reach of Amazon, the world's leading e-commerce platform, the book quickly reached readers in the US, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Canada, and more. Quân knew how to build a highly specialized team to handle cover design, layout, and editing, ensuring the book met international standards. His hope, through this publication, is that business owners and managers can save time, effort, and money when implementing digital marketing, thereby increasing profits. Positive feedback from readers everywhere has affirmed the value of the publication and is a well-deserved reward for Quân and his colleagues' persistent hard work over the long term. He also launched the "Vietnamese Book Corner" project to donate thousands of books to the libraries of 20 universities.
Building on this initial success, Quân gained more confidence to pursue new challenges. "Looking further ahead, my partners and I are developing smaller projects to realize our vision of creating an ecosystem of companies and brands targeting overseas markets. This is a long journey that requires a lot of collaboration," Quân confided.
