This information was shared with the press by Ms. Ngo Thi Nhung, Deputy Director of the State Treasury, on the afternoon of June 19th.
In response to a request from the Ministry of Public Security , the State Treasury recently completed the upgrade and integration of its online public service system with the National Public Service Portal at the National Data Center and the Ministry of Finance's administrative procedure resolution information system.
This connection marks another important step in the development of the digital treasury, contributing to the realization of the government's goal of building a digital government, digital economy , and digital society. A key highlight of the connected system is the practical benefits it provides to budget-using entities in conducting electronic transactions with the State Treasury.
Accordingly, users from budget-using units can perform single sign-on (SSO) using their VNeID electronic identification account on the National Public Service Portal to carry out administrative procedures in the field of the State Treasury. This is an important improvement that simplifies the login process, reduces operations, and enhances security.

Furthermore, the results of document processing on the State Treasury's online public service system are automatically synchronized to the National Public Service Portal, facilitating tracking, searching, and monitoring of document processing status. Data interconnection also contributes to enhancing transparency in handling administrative procedures.
To ensure that the system's operation does not affect the process of handling administrative procedures and disbursing state budget funds, the State Treasury has implemented a series of technical solutions to maintain the continuity and stability of the service.
Initial results show the clear effectiveness of the integration process. Between May 29th and June 1st, 2026, the State Treasury synchronized the processing status of 48,092 dossiers from the online public service system to the National Public Service Portal. By 3 PM on June 9th, 2026, the number of successfully synchronized dossiers had reached 218,558.
According to Ms. Ngo Thi Nhung, in the first six months of 2026, the State Treasury system closely coordinated with the Tax and Customs agencies, directing regional State Treasuries to quickly, fully, and promptly collect revenue into the State budget.
By June 15th, cumulative state budget revenue reached VND 1,425,563 billion, equivalent to 56.36% of the annual forecast. Of this, domestic revenue (excluding crude oil) reached VND 1,231,568 billion, equivalent to 55.98% of the forecast; crude oil revenue reached VND 27,496 billion, equivalent to 63.95% of the forecast; and revenue from import and export activities reached VND 165,714 billion, equivalent to 59.61% of the forecast.
Regarding the disbursement of public investment capital, as of June 15th, the cumulative public investment capital paid through the State Treasury from the state budget under the 2026 plan reached VND 188,832.3 billion, equivalent to 20.5% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister. Of this, domestic capital reached VND 186,600.2 billion, equivalent to 20.6% of the plan; and foreign capital reached VND 2,232.1 billion, equivalent to 12.6% of the plan.
In the area of mobilizing capital for the state budget, the State Treasury continues to proactively and flexibly monitor market developments to effectively organize the issuance of government bonds, ensuring that capital mobilization needs are met, contributing to ensuring public debt safety and market liquidity.
As of June 15th, the State Treasury had conducted 11 government bond auctions in the second quarter, raising 88,400 billion VND. Cumulatively from the beginning of the year to date, the volume of government bonds issued has reached 168,501 billion VND, equivalent to 33.7% of the 2026 plan.
In addition, the State Treasury continues to manage state funds in a centralized, unified, safe, proactive, open, transparent, and efficient manner; ensuring that the expenditure needs of the state budget and units transacting with the State Treasury are fully and promptly met.
In the coming period, the State Treasury will continue to promote administrative reform, modernize information technology, and improve the quality of service to budget-using units, citizens, and businesses. “The State Treasury hopes to continue receiving the support of the press to promptly convey the policies, guidelines, and operational results of the State Treasury system to the public, contributing to building a transparent, open, and modern national financial system,” the Deputy Director of the State Treasury emphasized.
