On January 15, Package No. 21, part of Component Project 1, section through An Phuoc Commune, Long Thanh District, began laying the first layer of asphalt.

The project is invested by the Dong Nai Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and Lizen Joint Stock Company is the construction contractor.
Mr. Ninh The Thuong - Deputy Director of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project Management Board, Lizen Joint Stock Company - said that the contractor has received 90% of the site and has completed 30% of the contract value. It is expected that the entire construction volume here will be completed by July.

According to the plan, from now until the end of the month, the contractor will complete about 1 km of asphalt. Package 21 is 10 km long, passing through Long Thanh district. Currently, the joint venture has mobilized about 350 workers and machinery to deploy many construction teams of bridges and roads. In addition to the section that has completed cement reinforcement and started asphalt paving, in the remaining sections, the contractor is filling the foundation, grading crushed stone, reinforcing cement, constructing drainage culverts and building overpasses.
Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway is over 54 km long, of which the section through Dong Nai is over 34 km long, divided into two component projects. Currently, contractors are mobilizing nearly 600 workers and machinery to deploy 20 construction teams. In package 21 alone, a large amount of land has been handed over, seamlessly, and the construction progress has been accelerated.

The Component 2 project has a length of 18 km and is invested by Project Management Board 85, Ministry of Transport . Currently, the Component 2 project has handed over more than 90% of the land, of which about 17 km is continuous land. The representative of Project Management Board 85 said that the Component 2 project has two bidding packages No. 9 and No. 10.
The joint venture contractor mobilized nearly 700 workers and machines to deploy more than 50 construction teams, focusing on tasks such as roadbed construction, crushed stone grading, and some sections being reinforced with cement.
