Commencement of the Commercial and Service Project

The delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.

The Commercial and Office building located at 102 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, is a model within SCID's strategic direction to diversify its real estate development, contributing to building an increasingly modern and attractive urban landscape for Ho Chi Minh City.

The groundbreaking ceremony went smoothly and successfully.

Mr. Pham Hoang An - Deputy General Director of SCID shared: “ With the mission of being an extension of Saigon Co.op in finding premises and investing in infrastructure to serve retail business, SCID has continuously strived, overcome difficulties, and focused on researching and investing in building new models nationwide to contribute to creating a new image in a modern, dynamic direction that aligns with SCID's strategic orientation, while supporting the retail operations of the Saigon Co.op system .”

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Commercial and Service - Office Building at 102 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, is of immense significance to us. This is one of the projects celebrating the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Cooperative Union (Saigon Co.op) .

The project scope includes:

- 2 blocks (Block A: 8 floors, Block B: 4 floors), 2 basement levels (parking lot)

- Total floor area: 7,999 m2

- Total commercial floor area: 4,038 m2

- Construction period: January 2024 - March 2025

- Opening date: expected April 2025
