Spanning over 21 hectares, Nha Mat Tourist Area is divided into three main zones: a commercial and hotel center; a tourism and service zone; and a park and public service zone. The most prominent feature is the largest artificial beach in the Western region, covering over 10,000 m², equipped with a modern wave-generating system using Spanish technology, providing visitors with a realistic beach experience. The beach is decorated with artistic sculptures such as the Sea King, mermaids, and sea lions spouting water, creating a vibrant and attractive atmosphere.

In addition, the tourist area offers a diverse range of entertainment activities, from thrilling rides like a 35-meter-high Ferris wheel and a spaceship reaching a height of 30 meters. There are also more relaxing activities such as bumper cars, a funhouse, a mysterious cave, 6D cinema, and karaoke. People of all ages can find fun here.

At Nha Mat Tourist Area, visitors can also experience the culinary scene, enjoying a variety of local specialties such as oysters, sea crabs, mantis shrimp, tiger prawns, whiteleg shrimp, and dozens of types of fish found only in the Bac Lieu estuary.

To meet the growing demands of tourists, Nha Mat Tourist Area has been developing additional facilities such as a swimming pool with a capacity of approximately 2,800 people, a hotel, a 6D cinema, and an art performance center.
