I wasn't born during those brutal years of war, but through documentary footage and the stories of those who lived and fought there, I deeply felt the overwhelming joy and elation of the entire nation when the country was completely liberated. It was the joy of reunification of North and South after so many years of separation, the joy of freedom and independence after so much sacrifice and hardship.

Ca Mau starts two wind power projects worth nearly 5.4 trillion VND.These two projects, with a total capacity of 150MW and a total investment of over 5.377 billion VND, will, upon completion, supplement the national power grid with clean energy sources, contributing to ensuring energy security.

The joy of past victories gives us strength today to build a country that is increasingly prosperous, civilized, and happy.

In the jubilant atmosphere of these historic April days, we feel the joy of our great victory spreading like a warm current through our hearts. It is the joy of peace, of unity, and of a bright future unfolding before us. Let us together cherish and promote these great historical values, so that the joy of victory will forever be a tremendous source of spiritual strength for the Vietnamese nation.
