According to Nam, since implementing KPIs, before each task, the Party branch holds meetings and sets clear and specific goals for each individual's responsibilities and tasks, quantifying them according to progress, requirements, and quality of task execution. Based on this, the Party committee and commanders monitor the progress of work daily, weekly, and monthly to score and announce the results of each individual's performance during collective meetings. Based on the daily performance points, the unit evaluates the weekly performance. The results of each week form the basis of the monthly performance. The annual performance result will be the sum of the monthly performance results. In the context of the intensive emulation campaign, the performance result will be the total performance of individuals during the campaign.
