On March 4th, at the regular press conference of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, a representative of the Bao Loc City People's Committee stated that as part of the activities celebrating 30 years of Bao Loc's urban development, the locality is reviewing and renaming several roads.

The city has dedicated a street to name after the late renowned musician Trịnh Công Sơn.

The exact location of this route has not yet been determined, but it will be a route in the city center with a romantic atmosphere, aiming to enhance the promotion of Bao Loc city.

According to the procedure, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City will prepare the road project dossier for approval by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council.

Bao Loc is one of the two cities in Lam Dong province. It is a small city located in the southwest of Lam Dong province.

The city has a strong advantage in the tea production industry, due to its suitable altitude for tea cultivation. In addition, Bao Loc is also known as a fertile land and the capital of Vietnam's silk industry. Bao Loc is currently a Class III urban area.

According to records, during his lifetime, the late musician Trinh Cong Son graduated from Quy Nhon Teacher Training College and was assigned to the Lam Dong Primary Education Department (the provincial capital was located in B'Lao, now Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province) in August 1964.

Writer Tran Ngoc Trac, who previously documented the impact of musician Trinh Cong Son in Bao Loc and Da Lat, said: "Trinh Cong Son was appointed head teacher at Bao An Primary School."

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education at the time, primary schools with four classes or fewer were called elementary schools, and the head was called the head teacher. Bao An Elementary School only had three classes, and Mr. Son was the head teacher and taught the 3rd grade."
