Is it easier to get a red book after August 1?

From August 1, 3 laws related to the real estate market including the 2024 Land Law, the 2023 Housing Law and the 2023 Real Estate Business Law will officially take effect.

Accordingly, the 2024 Land Law is expected to create fundamental changes in land management, from administrative procedures to auction mechanisms, contributing to market transparency.

The Housing Law focuses on protecting the rights of home buyers and promoting the development of social housing and commercial housing.

The 2023 Law on Real Estate Business with regulations to strengthen the management of real estate business activities, ensure transparency and limit risks for investors.

Lawyer, Master Pham Thanh Tuan, a lawyer of the Hanoi Bar Association; arbitrator of the Vietnam Commercial Arbitration and Justice Center, will be a guest of ChatToday on August 1. Mr. Tuan has nearly 20 years of experience in consulting on real estate and construction law.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, lawyer Pham Thanh Tuan said that recently, he has received many questions related to changes in land use right certificates (red books) as well as the impacts on people. The question he often receives is whether the issuance of red books will become easier after the 2024 Land Law comes into effect.

Mr. Tuan stated that people are particularly interested in when a land plot will be granted a certificate and whether the granting procedure is simple or not.

He will share the above issues in ChatToday at 9am on August 1.
