Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 is a program carrying the message of an Independent - Free - Happy Vietnam; thereby contributing to spreading positive images of the S-shaped country and people. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival held last weekend, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh emphasized that Vietnam Happy Fest is a special festival. The year 2025 marks a proud milestone when Vietnam rose to 46th place in the global happiness index report, up 8 places compared to the previous year. These are not only statistical figures, but also recognition of the persistent efforts of the Party, State and people of Vietnam in creating a peaceful, humane environment and, above all, reflecting the optimistic and benevolent spirit of the Vietnamese people. At the same time, it reflects the aspirations, solidarity and unanimity of millions of Vietnamese people in moving towards a prosperous, prosperous and loving future.

According to Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh, happiness is not far away, happiness lies right in the houses and streets; it penetrates even the remote villages of Vietnam. After the mass wedding of 80 couples at the Festival, those who were directly present at the event said that they clearly felt the happy atmosphere and were "happy" at the joyful moments of the couples. A series of clips were also quickly spread on social networks, attracting a lot of attention. Along with that, the audience left many congratulatory comments, considering this a beautiful image spreading loving energy in the community.

Even the “insiders” themselves could not believe that one day they would be one of the lucky couples to participate in the mass wedding ceremony, receiving the blessings of the whole country. Among the 80 couples attending the wedding, Mr. Tran Van Dau (born in 1951) and Mrs. La Thi Tuyet (born in 1952) were the couple that left an impression and admiration for the love and affection they had for each other. Sharing with Van Hoa reporter, Mrs. La Thi Tuyet choked up: “We got married during the difficult years of the country, when a wedding dress, seemingly very simple, became a distant thing for every bride at that time. Thanks to this mass wedding, I was able to wear a wedding dress, and recall with my husband the memories of the early days of our marriage. Exactly 50 years since we lived under the same roof, we were able to fulfill our old promise and keep a full memory of our marriage journey that has gone through many joys and sorrows.”

As a young couple who just celebrated their first wedding anniversary, Dao Anh Duc and Chu Thi Thao Linh (both born in 2001) said that their experience at the mass wedding ceremony within the framework of Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 was a special memory that they will remember forever. Duc shared that the moment he held his wife's hand and walked onto the stage amidst the blessings of a large audience made him feel more clearly the meaning of connection and responsibility in married life. For Linh, the joy was more complete when he was immersed in a warm atmosphere where couples of many ages and circumstances shared their happiness. Holding the hand of the person she chose to build a home with, Linh expressed that she was truly moved when she was able to recreate the important moment of her life in a very different way, simple but meaningful. Huong said that she was especially impressed when seeing many families, couples and young people together preserving memories, creating a happy picture with many bright colors.
