A better version every day.

In 2017, Than Ngoc Ha Duyen (pen name Dreamiie) made her mark in the literary world with her crime novel "Stepping Towards Hope". At that time, Duyen already had her own startup project, achieving considerable success. However, she still yearned to become a better version of herself every day, full of emotion, expanding her knowledge and ability to contribute to society. Duyen decided to step out of her comfort zone and go abroad to study.

Ha Duyen believes that education is the key to changing people's destinies and always aspires to contribute to the country.

Duyen honed her independence in an unfamiliar environment, without family or friends, which made her stronger and more mature. On the other hand, she hoped to connect with her inner world and gain a deeper understanding of herself on this new journey. People often talk about "overcoming hardship and difficulties," but for Duyen, leaving behind comfortable conditions was also a risky journey requiring courage. "I realized I had to stand on my own two feet. Independence and intelligence are the wings that allow young people to go further and help more people," Duyen shared.

Starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, she chose to pursue further studies in international marketing. Duyen graduated with an MBA from the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) under the program of Bangor University - one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the United Kingdom. And before the age of 30, she became a doctoral candidate in a double major in psychology and educational development psychology at Central China Normal University (Wuhan, Hubei Province, China).

Having the opportunity to continuously experience international projects has been a stroke of luck for Duyen. She has learned clear thinking, professional working methods, how to leverage the power of technology, and the ability to adapt to any situation.

Studying across multiple disciplines and experimenting in diverse fields has helped her develop her expertise, work skills, and confidence as a global citizen. The interconnected and complementary fields of study provide her with a unique approach to excelling in her work. "What I do is a blend of both extremes: logic, rationality, and imagination. I want to transform marketing campaigns, teaching, and psychological coaching into highly creative art forms," ​​Duyen explains.

Ha Duyen always strives her best in her academic pursuits.

Duyen's priorities on this journey are foreign languages, physical fitness, and mental well-being. For the past five years, she has practiced English, studied Chinese, run, practiced yoga, and meditated almost daily. This routine has helped her improve her academic performance, maintain a positive mindset, regenerate energy, and sustain her stamina.

Duyen has experience as a teaching assistant at the National University of Singapore and as a strategic marketing and brand development consultant for organizations, businesses, and international trade activities between Vietnam and Singapore. In addition, she regularly contributes to educational and charitable projects in non-governmental organizations. Recently, Duyen has invested more time and effort into teaching and business. Duyen's happiness comes from sharing the knowledge she has acquired and accumulated from her years of study abroad, as well as her practical skills in international projects, with the next generation.

Currently, Duyen is proactively arranging her work schedule to travel between Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City more frequently to participate in teaching and research in Vietnam. Her aspiration is to be a companion to young people, helping them find a path that suits their personality, abilities, strengths, and existing resources. For Duyen, it's wonderful to build herself into a person with identity, competence, and conviction, without losing her constructive spirit, spreading positivity, and transmitting positive energy to the community.
