Unleash the spirit of creativity.

To date, the province has over 900 grassroots trade unions with more than 46,000 union members, including officials, civil servants, employees, and workers in agencies, units, and enterprises. To concretize the movement, the Provincial Federation of Labor has chaired and coordinated with grassroots trade unions at all levels to organize conferences, training courses, and disseminate information about the content, meaning, and importance of Resolution 57 to a large number of workers and employees. Various forms of communication, such as newspapers, radio, and the Federation's website, have also been used to spread the spirit of the Resolution.

In agencies, units, and businesses throughout the province, emulation movements in labor and production have been launched and concretized, linked with the spirit of innovation, application of science and technology, and digital transformation, aiming to promote initiatives, improve technical skills, and enhance productivity and quality, bringing practical results.

With the continuous development of technology, digital transformation plays a crucial role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Digital transformation has been, is, and will be a mandatory requirement for the education sector to ensure the progress of plans, the quality of training, and all activities in the organization of training and management. Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia, Deputy Principal of Phan Thiet Secondary School (Tuyen Quang City), said: Currently, the school is effectively implementing the SMAS school management software, connecting with the Ministry of Education and Training 's industry database, and also connecting with the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) of the Department of Education and Training. In addition, the school regularly organizes training sessions to improve the capacity of staff and teachers in applying information technology and digital skills, such as training on using software to support the design of electronic lesson plans, question mixing software, and multiple-choice test scoring software… Notably, the school has teachers who won national awards in the digital teaching equipment competition. This also serves as a foundation for the school to strive for even greater achievements in applying digital transformation in teaching and learning.

Spreading to every grassroots trade union

Over more than 20 years of formation and development, An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company (Son Duong) has built a solid reputation and brand in the paper and pulp manufacturing industry. Along with caring for the lives and representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees, the company's trade union, in coordination with the Board of Directors, annually launches emulation movements among workers, focusing on promoting initiatives, improving technical skills, enhancing a sense of responsibility, practicing tiết kiệm (saving/frugality), regularly learning and improving skills, and effectively implementing occupational safety and health measures. The results of the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" movement contribute to helping the company achieve its annual goals.

Mr. Dinh Duc Cuong, Chairman of the Trade Union of An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company, shared: "The company not only encourages union members to strive to improve labor productivity but also encourages employees to develop initiatives and innovations in their work, thereby directly contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise. During the work process, everyone can have initiatives; these initiatives all stem from practical production, from the hands, minds, and passion of the workers. Therefore, all initiatives, whether big or small, are valued by the employer and are appropriately recognized and rewarded. This motivates employees to work diligently, dedicate themselves fully, and contribute to improving product quality and the company's brand."

The Health Sector Trade Union links the emulation movement with the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's teaching "A good doctor is like a loving mother." Trade unions at all levels in the sector, in coordination with professional departments, launch the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" emulation movement, linked with the "Improving Medical Ethics" and "Improving Professional Skills and Expertise to Serve Patients" movements, aiming to improve the quality of medical examination, treatment, and healthcare for the people.

Pharmacist Nguyen The Yen, Deputy Director of the Department of Health and Chairman of the Health Sector Trade Union, stated: In implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national and sectoral digital transformation, the health sector has so far advised on and finalized the "Digital Transformation and Smart Healthcare Project for the period 2025-2030 of the Health Sector in Tuyen Quang Province"; advised on and finalized the draft Plan "Implementation of Electronic Medical Records at medical examination and treatment facilities with inpatient beds in Tuyen Quang Province"; and continued to deploy digital healthcare platforms, including the electronic health record platform and the platform supporting remote medical consultation and treatment. Furthermore, doctors and medical staff at provincial and district hospitals have conducted numerous studies on the effectiveness of existing treatment protocols, while also seeking and applying new, more advanced protocols for various diseases. This has helped improve treatment success rates and minimize complications for patients. Many research topics focus on the application of minimally invasive surgical techniques and endoscopic surgery, resulting in less pain, faster recovery, and shorter hospital stays for patients. Research on the application of new materials in surgery has also contributed to improved treatment effectiveness. In addition, healthcare facilities have also applied information technology in hospital management and patient care, thereby optimizing workflows, reducing the workload for medical staff, and providing convenience for patients.

The Provincial General Hospital is currently one of the pioneering medical units in implementing innovation and digital transformation. Dr. Pham Thi Anh Tuyet, Head of the General Planning Department of the Provincial General Hospital, said: To date, 1 out of 8 groups have achieved an advanced level of IT application, and 5 out of 8 groups have reached the basic level. Regarding the use of electronic health records on the VNeID application, 100% of hospital staff have installed the VNeID application and achieved level 2 identification, and 20% have activated and are using it proficiently. To date, the hospital has implemented nearly 90 advanced technical procedures (belonging to the central level) that the hospital has utilized. Many high-level techniques in diagnosis and treatment have been successfully implemented, such as: hip replacement surgery, knee replacement surgery, endoscopic surgery for torn knee ligaments, pancreaticoduodenectomy, and surgeries for cranial and spinal conditions. Coronary artery and visceral artery stenting, visceral angiography and embolization for the treatment of liver tumors using digital subtraction angiography...

It can be seen that the labor emulation movement among workers and employees in Tuyen Quang is being actively implemented in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 57, focusing on unleashing creative potential, applying science and technology and digital transformation so that union members, workers and employees can freely research and create, leading to more initiatives, technical improvements, and useful solutions to enhance work efficiency, labor, and production; worthy of being the leading force in the industrialization and modernization of the country. Through this, it makes a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the province and each agency, unit, and enterprise.
