With the overarching theme "Preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Cham ethnic group in the new era," the festival brought together more than 700 artisans, performers, and amateur athletes from 7 provinces and cities: Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Tay Ninh, An Giang, and Ho Chi Minh City.

At this year's festival, Tay Ninh showcased the distinctive cultural features of the Cham Muslim community. Throughout the festival, the Tay Ninh delegation's exhibition space was a major attraction for visitors.
Here, visitors can learn about the architecture of mosques and OCOP products, and also watch Cham artisans directly demonstrate traditional weaving and introduce the beauty of the religious life of the Cham ethnic community in Tay Ninh.

Not only did the Tay Ninh delegation impress with their exhibition space, but they also brought to the folk art festival unique and vibrant performances, authentically recreating the spiritual life of their people. From traditional music and folk dances to the Chăm ethnic costume performance with the theme "Colors of the Chăm Village," everything contributed to introducing the beauty of Chăm culture in a lively and accessible way.
Ms. Enha Sina, a Cham ethnic woman from Tay Ninh province, shared: “I participated in the festival with a performance recreating a traditional Cham wedding ceremony and showcasing traditional crafts such as weaving and making traditional cakes. I hope that future generations will continue to preserve these beautiful cultural features, traditional crafts, and traditional festivals so that they do not fade away.”

That simple yet distinctive atmosphere left a lasting impression on people from all over the country. Mr. Phan Van Minh, a local resident of Khanh Hoa province, expressed: “Attending the festival, I had the opportunity to watch the Cham people from Tay Ninh perform very unique cultural acts. Through this, I learned about their cultural identity and saw more of the beauty of the people of Tay Ninh.”

Ms. Pham Thi Loan, a tourist from Hanoi, excitedly shared: “This is my first time participating, and I found the activities very unique. Thanks to this, I learned more about the Cham people. Vietnam has many ethnic groups, and each has its own culture and distinctive characteristics. I hope that in the future, I will have more opportunities to experience the cultures of different regions in Vietnam, especially Tay Ninh.”

Speaking about the artistic direction of the delegation participating in this festival, Ms. Hang Thi Quy Tam, Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Provincial Center for Culture and Arts, shared: “The performances participating in this festival are all unique and aim to introduce and promote the Cham ethnic community of Tay Ninh to the Cham communities of other provinces at the festival in particular and to people nationwide in general.”
With thorough preparation and investment, the Tay Ninh delegation achieved many impressive results at this year's festival. In the field of culture and arts, the delegation excelled, winning the A prize for the "Colors of Cham Village" costume performance; the A prize for the "Cham Village Sun Weaving" dance performance; the B prize for the "Cham Mother's Lullaby" performance; and the B prize for the community tourism skills demonstration competition.
In addition, the delegation also won C prizes in the solo singing category "Waiting," the singing and dancing category "The Cham People Celebrate the Festival," the exhibition and display competition, the handicraft demonstration, and excerpts from traditional festivals.

On the sports field, Cham athletes from Tay Ninh brought home a gold medal in women's tug-of-war, along with many silver and bronze medals in stick pushing, water carrying, and men's football.

Concluding the 6th Cham Ethnic Culture Festival in Khanh Hoa, the vibrant cultural colors and the dedicated spirit of the delegation from Tay Ninh and other provinces and cities contributed to promoting the image of the Cham community as a community rich in tradition, dynamic, and integrated into the modern world. The success of the festival also demonstrates the Party and State's concern for preserving and promoting the cultural values of ethnic groups in general and the Cham people in particular in the new era.
