Initially, the new regulations apply to the collection of construction materials and waste, and vehicle parking. With fees ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 VND/m²/day depending on the area and purpose, the Resolution also stipulates that fees will be completely waived for cases of weddings and funerals, impoverished households, people with disabilities, the elderly, and families receiving preferential treatment.
During the implementation process, the province will continue to evaluate and refine the policy, while strengthening management and addressing the encroachment on roads and sidewalks.
