In the tranquil midday, from the rustling of the forest trees to the gentle murmur of the stream, everything is enough to recharge one's positive energy. Sitting on a carpet of dry leaves, gazing at the sky and watching the clouds drift over the peak of Bach Ma Mountain is a unique feeling, unlike anywhere else.

From the starting point, it takes about thirty minutes by car to reach the parking area at the top of Bach Ma Mountain. The road is winding, with one side hugging the mountainside and the other offering a panoramic view of Cau Hai Lagoon. The hairpin bends pose no challenge to drivers familiar with every corner of this route.

The mountain air was fresh, with glimpses of towering ancient trees. As the car climbed higher, a cool breeze streamed through the windows. The vehicle slowly rolled along several bends where streams flowed across the road. Seeing these tiny streams winding their way between the rocks to merge into larger streams in Khe Su and Khe Tre, one truly appreciated the power of nature.

Exploring the trail to Vong Hai Dai, which reaches an altitude of 1,450m above sea level, is a fascinating experience. Only about 900m long, this trail is perfect for those who enjoy hiking and touching the soil and trees with their own hands.

The natural beauty of Bach Ma National Park is truly wondrous. Amidst the deep green, the distant cries of gibbons can still be clearly heard. They live only in isolated forests, untouched by human footsteps. This shows that one of the factors contributing to the unique value of Bach Ma National Park is the certain distance between humans and nature. Every step must be light, just enough to move safely without disturbing the habitat of the animals.

This place has given birth to many species that we would probably never see if we didn't visit. Along the route to the summit of Bach Ma, research groups have recorded many rare and endangered bird species such as the Brown Hornbill, the Star-tailed Pheasant... And also species with colorful plumage such as the Green Broadbilled, the Rufous Broadbilled... These contribute to the biodiversity of Bach Ma.

Watching the rhythmic flapping of wings and the soaring flight of the birds in Bach Ma forest, it's as if they're trying to pull the sky closer to the earth. Groups of dozens of species call out to each other as they search for food. At times, the entire forest is silent. Suddenly, from the high branches of the forest, birds pour down into the deep, dark ravine.

Upon reaching Vong Hai Dai (Sea View Tower), all fatigue vanished. The lush green grass gently touched my weary feet. My rapid breathing gradually returned to normal. Conquering Bach Ma peak allowed me to clearly hear the beating of my own chest.

And the main reward is gazing out over Cau Hai Lagoon, with white clouds swaying in the breeze in the distance. Out there, the blue sea of our homeland awaits your free-spirited soul. This delightful symphony reminds us to cherish the beautiful moments of nature. Bach Ma Peak remains there – steadfast through the vicissitudes of the earth and sky.
