Provincial leaders hold dialogue with citizens.

On the morning of March 31st, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Comrade Tran Van Lau - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over a direct dialogue with two citizens, Ms. Doan Thi Nghiep and Ms. Thach Thi Phuc (both residing in Nguyet Hoa ward).

On the morning of March 31st, at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office, Comrade Tran Van Lau - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over a direct dialogue with two citizens, Ms. Doan Thi Nghiep and Ms. Thach Thi Phuc (both residing in Nguyet Hoa ward).

Attending the dialogue were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, along with representatives of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, relevant departments and local governments.

Ms. Thach Thi Phuc presented her views at the dialogue session.

The opinions presented by Ms. Doan Thi Nghiep and Ms. Thach Thi Phuc at the dialogue focused on reflecting the difficulties related to the issuance of land use right certificates; and the compensation and support policies when the State reclaims land for the implementation of projects. Also during the dialogue, representatives from the Provincial Inspectorate and local authorities provided additional information, clarifying the legal basis, the process of handling the files, as well as the remaining issues and obstacles. The dialogue helped clarify the content of the complaints, understand the requirements and viewpoints of the relevant parties regarding the resolution of the complaints, thereby providing a basis for the competent authorities to guide the resolution of the case.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Van Lau delivered the concluding remarks at the dialogue with citizens.

Speaking at the dialogue session, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Van Lau acknowledged the frankness and responsibility of citizens in reflecting and making suggestions, and highly appreciated the coordination of agencies and units in providing information and advising on handling the case. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Inspectorate and relevant agencies and localities to promptly review, consider, and resolve the complaints in a spirit of openness, transparency, democracy, objectivity, and in accordance with the law, ensuring progress and effectiveness, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.

According to Comrade Tran Van Lau, the Party, the State, and Party committees and authorities at all levels have always paid attention to and prioritized the timely and satisfactory resolution of the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people. The Provincial Party Secretary urged citizens to continue to abide by the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, maintain unity in the locality, and contribute to building a stable and sustainably developing community.
