Phan Thiet City leaders respond to information about the Nam Le Duan Residential Area project

The residential area project south of Le Duan Street was approved for investment policy by the People's Council of Binh Thuan province in Resolution No. 51/NQ-HDND dated December 08, 12.

The project contributes to city development class 1 urban area

The project investment scale includes 4 traffic routes with a total length of about 894m; leveling; Water supply and drainage system, electricity supply, trees and related auxiliary items with a total investment of 463.948 million VND from the provincial budget, project area is 48.915,4m2.

Regarding the progress of investment project preparation, it is expected that Phan Thiet City People's Committee will approve the detailed planning according to an abbreviated process in April 4. Regarding the progress of compensation and site clearance, Phan Thiet City People's Committee has issued a plan to recover, count and notify land recovery to 134 households and 2 organizations from October 10. .

The remaining 59 mixed households and frustrated households are expected to be placed in one of the land funds that have been agreed by the Provincial People's Committee to be assigned to Phan Thiet City People's Committee to manage to arrange resettlement projects in the area.
